11:30 am Panel discussion on ‘What does Leadership mean to you’ moderated by Sasha Sanyal, Senior Vice President, Strategy and Corporate Initiatives, Genpact

About the Centre

GCWL is a partnership between Genpact and Ashoka University. Both organisations are pioneers in their respective sectors and strive for excellence, innovation, and inclusion. The centre will address issues related to women’s leadership through research, advocacy, teaching, mentorship and corporate engagement.

The centre is unique as it is based in a co-educational institution with a Liberal Arts curriculum. This is the first centre with an industry/academic partnership combining research with application to develop and support female leaders globally.
